Shepherds Bush Empire is one of the best venues in London too imo. This might replace The Pogues as my "getting-excited-for-Christmas-gig".

Good at glastonbury, somewhere in the mist of time. A band that never took themselves too seriously - a rare quality in the music business.

If anyone could put me up for the Cardiff gig, I'd be well up for it. Saw em in Sheff in May and they were fucking fantastic :) (I even wrote a gig review for the site, which isn't something I have ever had the inclination to do before!)
 
I saw 'em years and years back in the subterania,
was a good sweaty moshpit gig and everyone chanted the words.

I imagine it'll be lots of enthusiastic but polite

You know, I don't get this whole stereotypin of HMHB fans. When I saw em, it weren't like that at all, and my name's not Martin ;)

Just booked 2 and they are £15 each. Cheap really in the days of £30 quid nearly being the norm.

Is there a friend you could get to put one on a card for you Souljacker and you can pay when you get a few quid together?

A mate of mine said on Friday he'd get them, but I was away at the weekend so haven't spoken to him yet.

I shall give him a bell now. Just checked the website and it isnt sold out yet so I'm crossing everything.
 
Yeh, buy all their albums :D It's not as if they're a supergroup and they could probably do with the money ;) :) Links on the site to buy
