[/edit]Burns night is the 25th Januaryaha - it's today... I was wondering. My daughters invited a friend for a sleepover. Would be quite interesting to see their faces if I tried to get them to memorise a bit of Rabbie and fed them a sheeps stomach.... Then again I'm not sure my daughter would forgive me and her friend may never be back. Even if it is the 250th.

It is.
Might be having some. Dunno yet.
Always have neeps & tatties in so that is not a problem.![]()

Just picked up my haggis, looks good - anyone else partaking of this delicious treat this Sunday?![]()
It tastes similar to black pudding strangely enough. It contains oats and offal and should be in a sheep's stomach but will probably be in plastic. I like it but won't be making any fuss about Burns night. I might look out for discounted leftover haggis early next week though.

never had it! what's in it?
delicious tastiness. It smells gorgeous too.
That is all you need to know.

never had it! what's in it?
mine will be ready in about half an hour, the neeps are boiling away merrily nowI'm having haggis sandwiches for my lunch tomorrow.

I had haggis on Tuesday, wednesday and thursday. I'm having haggis tonight, tomorrow and sunday, and then twice on Monday.
I heart haggis.
