I remember the days when kids were seen and not heard.

Yeah, yeah.

I'm a bit past being insulted by being called a kid by some random semi-intelligent (which is being quite generous, really) twat on the net, to be honest.

In fact, I may just take it as a compliment.

Thanks.

Nah, Charlie was an intelligent dude as well as being funny as fuck.

Muser is just funny (and only in a "hah hah, look at the village idiot" way).

We laugh with Charlie, we laugh at muser.

(i) they were the best band in the world when i was 15
(and was lucky enough to see them at slane castle in 1992, my first ever live gig at 16 years of age...)

(ii) appetite is the best album by far

(iii) 'i used ta love her'

not gonna see them when they play here next month though - it would ruin any good memories i have of them. plus i couldnt face seeing what a freak axl looks thesedays...

See, I'm kind of loathe to make any comedian comparissons, being as I've already been accused of being a mere sidekick myself...

:D

Is Sweet Child one of the greatest guitar riffs ever. I have seen Slash & Velvet Revolver live once or twice and utterly brilliant but sadly never got to see GnR.
