Gumtree scums on renting a house?

showing you the property is not a problem but i want to you to
understand that am not in london now...i had a transfer from my place
work to cambridge but that would not deprive me from coming to london
to show you the property but one a condition.. i need to see a proof
that you are capable and serious of renting the place because last two
weeks..you could not believe that i came down to london 4times to show
the property to some people who are interested but eventually it
turned out to be wasting of time on my side, loose so many things at
work cos my salary is calculated based on number of hours i spend at
work.. which means iwill have to leave my work to show you the
apartment..well money is not the problem but time..as you know that
every seconds in a human life time counts.. (i cant leave certainity
for uncertainity) this is the reason why i need a prove that you are
capable and serious abut renting the place.. there are alot of time
wasters on here.... pls try to understand

Thanks for your much interest in my apartment.I am so glad to rent you this my lovely flat at the city center of the city.It is available in a room or the whole flat.The flat is for my father but he is late.I and my Brother Gareth with my Old mother are the one left for this apartment now and I can tell you that you will have your lovely stay in my.It is two bedrooms.

flat,fridge, washing machine,antique oven,microwave,tv, desk, spacious
closet, and tons of storage space all around, all zone dvd player,
Each bedroom has its private Bathroom and Toilet...Surfacing about 650sq meter for a
room.

As a matter of fact,we will have to sign some documents before you make the refundable deposit payment,it is this documents that will serve as guarantee for the safety and security of your payment and the contract..This documents will be prepared by my lawyer and forwarded to you via email,as soon as you received it,you will print it out ,then read it and sign it,then you make the payment via western union money transfer and attach the receipts of your payment to the fully signed documents and scan them back to me for confirmation and proper documentations..ok.
So as soon as you are ready to make the payment r,supply your information to me so as to forward it to my Lawyer to prepare the document for you to sign for reservation..ok I will surely as Him to come over immediately i have confirmed your payment by sending back to me the documents signed by you for my Lawyer to sign it and sealed up the deal and incase you have no interest in my apartment,according to the contract,the payment is refoundable not later than two days of my arrival...ok



Moreso,i have four keys into my apartment so i can give you two to share with your family in wish you must return them back to me when you are through with my apartment..ok....ok.I asure you that you will love my apartment and the bill include the internet connection...........
As as you have agree to my terms and condition,you will surely enjoy your stay in my apartment.
So as soon as i have your details and i will forward it to my lawyer and a copy of refundable security deposit payment agreement form will be sent to you to sign,the form that stands as guarantee of returning funds to you incase you have no interest in renting my apartment in future and the return of the fund must be completed not later than 2 days of my arrival as I have told you.

I Really appreciate your words in assuring to pay me if you like the Flat,I understand you quite okay.However,i do not want to stand on people's promise of paying me cash when we meet again because i have met with time wasters and no problem viewing the property,just fix a time and keep me updated,but like i told you i will have to be sure you indeed want to get the property,i have to be sure you are indeed capable of the rent bill.I do not want you to have the feeling that i am asking for money BEFORE you see what you are renting because i know that payment is meant to be done AFTER you have seen the Flat and okay with it.-The reason why you have to be receiver is basically to give you the confidence that your money is still in your name and to make sure that your money is still safe since it is still in you name as the receiver as you are the only one who can collect it with a valid ID,maybe with a passport or drivers license and all i wanna see on the transfer receipt scanned copy is the addition of the rent and deposit ,rent of £1000 + deposit of £400 which will be refunded back to you.So in order for me to also be on a good side,you can go ahead and make the transfer since you have the money ready,let me know immediately you do the transfer so that i can know how to squeeze out time to come and meet you,But i will have to reply on your honesty and trust that you have actually made the payment before i leave work and come down home to see you.What evidence will you give me so that I can be sure that you have made the payment?I was made to understand that you can Send me the (Sender name, Receiver name and money grams Reference Number) to confirm here if the money is real there before making my way.

Stanton, I'm confused? The details you ask for; how am I to pay the deposit? I took the requested amount to my bank Coutts and Co and they said I was missing crucial information? I have the deposit but how do I pay It? I'm a bit confused but anxious to see the lovely apartment in Weymouth Street and secure a tenancy.
