Very well, if you must, but no removal of heads. Guillotine a foot or a hand, followed by the forearm/lower leg, followed by the upper arm/thigh. And only one side at a time. These people must be kept alive to learn the full horror of what they've done.

Of course, once they've had one guillotining, they'd be put through the ESA and PIP red tape. Not to mention the bureaucracy which surrounds the funding and planning permission etc for any necessary adaptations to their home. Let them be recorded (and broadcast for the entertainment of the general public) as they spend hours on the phone with the umpteenth official.
