Great songs not on studio albums

Problem here is that a great deal of dance music is 12" only, with albums not sharing the same concept as more traditional rock formats.

Yeah I know. I guess what I'm looking for is tracks by bands with whom you associate studio albums but don't appear on them.

Jimi Hendrix ex- The stars the play with laughing Sam's dice. A complete riot of a song. it sounds rough as fuck.
Jane's Addiction- Slow Divers. Live song only. I likes it. :)

Hawkwind - Urban Guerilla
Teardrop Explodes - Soft Enough For You & Use Me
Shellac - Wingwalker, The Guy Who Invented Fire, Rambler Song

Yes - but that isn't a studio album. It's a collection of B-sides/early demos etc.

I know, but I only realised after I posted and am too lazy to go back and correct :D

(It's still a better album than In Utero though ;) )

My nomination would be: the Nina Nastasia song about hockey and violence that she played on her last Peel Session. Never heard it officially recorded anywhere, but she played it live last time I saw her and (yet again) it chilled me to the bone.
