Love this Terminator from Poland. So dark!

They had a great one for Raiders of the Lost Ark too.
Looks like a completely different film!

It was a shit movie, but I liked the poster for Episode One with little Anakin walking along in the desert, casting Darth Vader's shadow.

And Crowden was my favourite actor at the time due to A Very Peculiar Practice.
Yes, he's good in it, playing the same character more or less as in AVPP. The film's heart is in the right place, but it's all too obvious and clumsy an allegory. Give over, Lindsay, we're not that thick.

Thanks for sharing those - Poland had a fantastic history of posters, where all films, theatres productions, circus acts, whatever, would have a hand painted poster - no photos seemed to ever be used. It is only recently that this practice has died out...

Metropolis & Harder they come have been two great ones posted so far.

These two popped into my mind first:

I 've heard that was actually one of the filing cabinets from the production office. Gotta hope it's true!

Yeah I love a lot of those simple, powerful 60s / 70s screen print ones. Here's another that springs to mind:

Whaddaya know - it's one of those Polish ones again! Comes of browsing "Film Posters of the 60s / 70s / 80s" in discount book shops! :D

My favourite's that 2001 poster with the baby's face and 'It's a trip' or something at the top.

I like both of these posters for this movie:

Unfortunately, neither of these seem to be for sale. The one I've found online is quite dull. :(
