Grand designs is better , although property ladder would be better if the developers failed miserably and lost shit loads of money but it never happens :(

3K over budget at 28K for the lot
Yeh, that one's beautiful. The guy was a charcoal maker wasn't he? He couldn't pass the house on or sell it or anything and if he gave up his job, he'd lose the house too.

Excellent, that means the next series will feature those bizarre episodes where her belly and her buzooms keep growing and shrinking as the programme progresses :D

Grand Designs - Grate program well put together Kevin McCloud  when start talk and pulling they design apart in a not so smug way.

Grand Designs now to many rich people bring back the one man and tractor type

Property Ladder got Sarah Beeny CORR and that it

that what I was trying to say .)
SFAnd Kevin McCloud is great, not afraid to tell people that they're being stupid when they're being stupid

Grand Designs. Whether or not the buildings are actaully nice, they're almost always interesting. And Kevin McCloud is great, not afraid to tell people that they're being stupid when they're being stupid

I can't watch property ladder without asking myself if it's right to encourage the moneyed folks of this land to buy and sell buildings solely for profit, thus inflating the housing market even further, when most folks can't even afford a house to live in without signing their whole lives away to the bank. Well no I don't really ask myself that question at all, I know it's wrong

You call the people in PL 'moneyed'? They're the same as most ordinary mortgage owners mate. No moneyed types on there, which is largely the point - it's a show about how best to invest/repair a slightly iffy house for more than you pay for it...
