Why not use the other reds for making mulled wine? Although I would normally use merlot for that, it does seem the best of the 3 to drink on it's own.

Handily enough, I got sent a hamper today with mulled wine spices and a bottle of Bordeaux (amonst other things).

Loss adjusting, but I don't normally get anything! The wine was from our directors and the hamper came from a client.

We're technically not allowed to accept gifts.
