You could sit down with a pen and paper, make a few lists of what's working job-wise, and what's not, try to identify the root cause of where it's going wrong, and figure out a way of changing/fixing it.
Or even list your skills and the things you enjoy doing, and see if there are other options than teaching that you might be better suited too/enjoy more.
But then, you could always do that after the food, drink and slapper I s'pose.

honestly, i know exactly what the problem was. i just wasnt' putting the work in. i started to do that but it wasn't enough
teaching isn't easy at all
i have already applied for another job, there is this job they offered me as well, that would also mean i start moving into mainland china like japan in the 30s
but i love teaching, i was really enjoying my job which is why i'm gutted. i've been fired from jobs before, but it was always because deep down i didn't want to do it. this one was fun and i thought i was quite good at it
lives and ya learns...
So maybe you're changing the wrong thing...?

He started a thread calling everyone "cunts" and called the first person to respond to him a "spaz."Was gonna reply to this but it seems he's banned again.
Seeing as I was about to go to bed and the only mod still up - and considering the trajectory of his opening posts - I figured a 24hr ban was the best idea all round.
I'm truly sorry about him losing his job though - that must suck and I hope he gets things sorted out - but that doesn't give him the excuse to post up a stream of abusive posts here.

well as an update
i moved to another city. the people i worked for liked me, but they recieved complaints and it's policy....
quite annoying cos the two HR people who i deal with both apologised and said it was the boss's decision (who i've only ever said hello to and doesn't really 'run' all that much day to day)
but because they were so sorry they recommended me to one of the franchises in a different city, so here i am
somehow, i've got a nicer apartment in a nicer city with more pay. i haven't started the job yet, and it's a gutter to move to another city just after getting through the difficult not knowing anyone etc bit and then doing it all again
but not as bad as i thought

anyway, it was only 3 months in the other place so it'll start fading into the distance more quickly than if it was a longer period of time. it probably only happened coz you were having a wee standing next to the boss and he saw how much bigger your willy is than his, or something like that i shouldn't wonder.
