I think I might just get a really good cut of beef for Christmas and have that with spuds, Yorkshire pud and lashings of bearnaise. There are only two of us to eat all the turkey – the leftovers could go on for weeks
Duck is the shit... Probably my favourite bird, although you have to know how to cook it right. Problem is it's expensive and because it's (relatively) small it's difficult when you're catering for more than 10 people.
