Google's gone bonkers - "Harmful to your system" on EVERYTHING!

First Google, now my thread! I think it might be the Rapture!

It is no Rapture but it could be a rupture. I wonder how many posts there are in the whole of cyberspace about this problem. It is the Cyber Crunch. Dammit I see that Snickers have already used that phrase in 2001.

ThaiIndian News

At roughly 9:40 pm on 31st Jan 2008 (Thai time GMT +7), any search result on google.com showed the message “This site may harm your computer” for all websites including thaindian.com

We wish to reassure users that thaindian.com does not indulge in these activities and this is a goof up by Google affecting all websites.
The feature(when working correctly) by Google enables users to be warned of websites which may pottentially carry mallware and affect the users computers.

We hope Google fixes it as soon as possible.

Has the looting started yet?

What the fuck are we all still doing sitting here? Get out on the streets and LOOT you dumb bastards!

*runs for the nearest shop*

*returns sheepishly*

I forgot I live in New Cross and the nearest shop is a poundland. Even looters should have standards :(

Ive been preparing for such an eventuality al my life.

I have guns and tins of ham to keep me and mine safe for the duration.
For the duration of your death? :hmm: So your afterlife is about guns and tinned ham is it? Interesting religion, but each to their own and all that.

:D

Probably all in the loos shitting themselves

Same happening here to me, but only began in the last hour.

Can only get past google 'security' by removing the interstatial-front to reduce to the direct weblink then pressing return to get to the website I want to view.

Be really careful -- think something's been hacked - poss the badware/org website.

Else badware/org are trying to get lots of people to click on their link (which I sure ain't gonna do!)

My boss is joking about suing Google for damages and loss of earnings :D

Come to think of it, I reckon every single solicitor's phone line in America is currently engaged... :hmm:

You'll be sorry when the cybermen are marching you away for deletion.

I'll be safe eating ham in my mountain fortress.
