cook or make from scratch? I mean cooking it is a piece of piss but making pasta is a long boring and ultimately tiresome experiences that I don't intend to repeat. If you want fresh pasta or gnocchi buy it in an Italian deli.

My great aunt was crazy, she used to make it from scratch, she made her own pasta as well...
