i'll have you know its not the getting out of bed that is the problem, its getting away from the internet.

out of interest, how is everyone doing their buying? there was vague talk of coalitions of 4s all getting each others tickets but its still vague and theres only a few days left. i don't have £600 in my account so i might just get 2 for me and my bleurk. assuming i get through.

Shame badgers isn't going though. Won't be the same without him and the missus. :(

I aint seen IHB in ages, where is he?

At the risk of coming across as an ageing curmudgeon, there are few of the bands appearing that I would cross the street to hear for free. :D

We have a plan of action that involves not getting trashed on Saturday night, Jules coming round here at 8.30 ont Sunday and getting on the PC, me on the laptop, teen soj on the phone - in the 'war room' :D (ie, girls bedroom)

I'm going with 2 teenage girls in tow. If I'm really lucky, it might just be one.
:D

No son this year felix?

I'm going with one teenage girl, but it might just as well be 2 given Jules' behaviour :D

i think this might be the key to the plan :D

:D The trick is to save it for celebrating/sulking on the Sunday (that's what I'm going to keep telling meself on the Saturday anyway)

Fairy muff :) one more ticket for someone who'd love to go :)

I wanted to go since I was 15, and could never afford it, and went for the first time in 2002 with me girl and Jules, and I absolutely LOVED it...up there with all the best experiences ever. To be done again if I ever had enough money - which I now have :D (I'm not giddy with excitement at all, honest)

It's too big for me. Too big and a bit corporate. I remember festivals when they were all fields :D I'm probably going to Big Green Gathering as I've offered to do a felted soap workshop for the It's Not Easy Being Green people. If my walking was better I might consider Glasto.

Its not everyone's cup of tea. Mr Felixthecat absolutely fucking HATED it - couldn't wait to leave. He's a curmudgeonly old bastard at the best of times, and Glastonbury is probably the last place he'd want to be for a second time.
