Glasgow Celtic 2018/19: Hoops Dreams

Only livened up after the double substitutions.

The gap between domestic football and European football is just too much. I can't see it narrowing any time soon.

I'm happy with Lennon coming back. I'm not going to slag Rodgers for jumping ship. He sees Leicester as a better stepping stone to becoming a top six EPL manager again. I think he's going to be disappointed. He had his chance with Liverpool and it didn't pan out. Couple that with the fact that Celtic never really stepped up in Europe under his stewardship, and I can't see him ever getting a sniff of another top six job.

Although I'd have preferred him to stay till the end of the season, I understand his reasons for leaving. Personally, I think it is best for both parties, both parties have gone as far as they can together.

If I'm being completely honest, I don't think his attacking style of play, or his failure to set up a decent defensive unit is what we need to compete in Europe. Lets be honest, is our wage bill worth being better than Aberdeen, Killie and Sevco5088?

Didn’t see any of it but judging by the images I saw on the BBC it looked like an entertaining game :D
