Glade - Possibly Cancelled!! Check Before You Leave

Surely they'll have taken out (admittedly extortionate) weather insurance?

We organise a community event every year, and such insurance indemnifies against all losses caused the weather. Can't afford it, mind. It's about £600 for a piddly one-day event in the South Wales Valleys.

I can't imagine the organisers won't have factored this in at the planning stage.

yeh, they've been paid with the money from your tickets! The only people that will lose out are the stall holders etc.

spoke to some mates on site. Its bad apparently. worse than the glasto flood of 05. two of their tents are gone, one of the dance tents is under 2 foott of water, dreadzone didn't play cos they couldn't get on site....

power's on though, and the glade tent, and at least one other is working
