Both of them look good on you, can't go wrong whichever you choose imo. It'll all depend on the mood yer in when it comes to getting dressed on the night, no use thinking too much about it now. Although it might be a good idea to try em both on again cos everyone's shape changes depending on time of year and also time of the month, so you might wanna just be aware in advance if either of em's a little snugger/looser than the other iyswim.
If you've got a glitzyish wrap you could take that with you if you go for the black one just in case you feel a bit exposed to start off with - then toss it off without a care in the world once the evening gets into the swing.
Aw hope it's a brill evening, these does are few and far between, and it'll be special for your uncle.

The more I look at those pics, the sexier/more flattering I think the black and white one is. Unusual and the spaghetti strings point to your cleavage in a really subtle but eye catching way.

(i wear this kind of jewellry every day, with my two colours, red and black)if you wear something really plain like black, and have a really good bod, you are pretty sorted. Make the jewellry or your makeup your focus.

Just because you can't see someone when they turn sideways, doesn't make them attractive. You will outshine them in either of those dresses, not that it matters.

The second two you posted are great. I like the second of three the most - it's elegant, but with character.
The top one is awful. Thin straps are not so great for someone with muscular shoulders/upper arms and a bust and I don't like the way the straps angle outwards. Might look all right on someone very slender with small breasts.

If you have a skinny waist, and your butt will push the back out nicely. Otherwise, it's kind of chunky.
My wife has one of these 30s beaded dresses, but it's a light colour, with small beads, sort of diaphanous. Looks really good.
