Kare Kano is one of the bestShippou-Chan said:nah kare kano is hard core ... it's... cool and kickarse... plus the animation is by gainax and the quality is just fantastic
plus you have to really love the charactors ... if i ever become a dad i want to be like Miyazawa Hiroyuki
oh and the girl can't be considered cutsy cute yes but also 50% evil manipulative bitch

Shippou-Chan said:your probly thinking of the original ghost in the shell which was made back in 95
i don't belive it ever got a major release in cinemas ... but it's readaly avalable on DVD

Moggy said:I especially don't like when well drawn characters go into their little 'funny anime pose' if you can call it that
Get season two- it really is quite funny and the action works well, never seen the first seasonMoggy said:Have been meaning to download some Full Metal Panic but haven't gotten round to it, i'll have a look (at those other two as well).

)That doesn't convince me I need to buy it...G. Fieendish said:Re:Ghost In the Shell - Stand Alone Complex DVD's
Just bought Volume 6 on DVD this Saturday, while attending the Anime expo at "Exhell"....
(mildly annoyed that Manga was offering Vols 1-6 on the DVD's at the show, for £ 60 & I had previously spent £100 on the previous 5 volumes...)
The last Volume (Vol 7) is out later this month (?)..
The Upcoming boxset has the Dolby Digital Soundtrack Version, of GITS:SAC Gig 1, so any DTS fan is stuck with the current version....
(The current version has 2 discs per volume, but each disc has a different surround soundtrack on them, Dolby Digital on Disc 1 & DTS on Disc 2)
