Some people seem to think 'Heroin' by The Velvet Underground is about drugs.

I always thought Perfect Day was a nice happy love song. Could never figure out why they used it for that bit in trainspotting

In Holiday In Cambodia me and me sister were both convinced Jello was singing 'cold, hot' which we took to refer to a kind of torture. He was really singing 'Pol Pot', of course. So we weren't entirely wrong.

Up until I read that I always thought it was 'cold, hot'. I'm feeling pretty stupid now for not making the connection.

I know a singer who performs Golden Brown but has slightly changed the words so that it has become Gordon Brown. Unsurprisingly the song extracts the urine from said Gordon Brown.
