That's a shame. No chocolate lab for us.someone else got him before we could go and see him. *sigh*

When we had an Alsation as kids he was very gangly and sweet when he was a puppy.I met a very sweet Alsatian puppy yesterday. Sort of gangly, very friendly and well .... nice

Now there you are obviously plain wrong. Puppies are the cutest things that exist.Puppies are shit

Yep - when somebody finds their fun in crossposting that everything is shit, it's not you, it's them.Oh don't worry about him, he has been posting "x is shit" all over the place and it looks like he is now having an enforced break from urban. <snip>
Happy new dog day, even if it does mean extra work for you, Mrs Pingu, and the adult dogs while they young un settles in.<snip> i am like a kid that has just been told that tomorrow is its birthday...easter and christmas

I'm not worried - he PMd me to explain why he was doing it.Oh don't worry about him, he has been posting "x is shit" all over the place and it looks like he is now having an enforced break from urban. I was blessed with a random and out of nowhere "Skyrim is shit" post on my Skyrim thread in the gaming forum, so it's probably actually nothing to do with either puppies or computer games (out of the two, puppies are infinitely and without question cuter, but much more expensive in upkeep.)

Is he alright? It's not very DB like behaviourI'm not worried - he PMd me to explain why he was doing it.![]()

I don't think he targeted particular threads as it seemed a scattergun approach. All you could see on the thread list in the early hours were posts saying shit. So it's nothing to do with this specific one. I obviously can't disclose anything he told me in a PQ on the boards.Any chance you could explain why one of the threads he decided to do it on was my thread in the farflung corner of urban where no-one ever goes? I don't expect you to do that btw, but it's all very well for you to get a PM and be all understanding, when I've just been caught in the crossfire with absolutely no blooming idea why!
(also a bit worried about why someone might go off on one like that tbh, hope everything is OK)

That's a great picture.

Bump!
We're getting a bichon frise puppy but want a black one...anyone know the best places to look? Want to get one for mid August. London area.
I know ain't they?! I've got two cats so need a pup that can socialise. These seem the best option, plus they are just too cute!Just googled black Bichon and found bichon noir pics.
They are the cutest looking puppies ever...lol...
A mix of bichon and toy poodle...and must be at least 90% black.
Gorgeous!!!
Someone in Cheshire had a breeder ad online for last year.....maybe they'll have a litter this year too?
Bichon Noir From Founder Breeder | Crewe, Cheshire | Pets4Homes
Hope you find one.

We need a puppy though. Can you get puppies from rescue homes? I'm very vanilla when it comes to pups so excuse me! Thanks for your advice.I really wouldn't advise getting a puppy off a site like Pets4Homes. If you do, make sure you meet the breeder and the dogs several times, maybe arrive without an appointment to make sure the puppies really are living in the family home and not bred in a puppy farm.
Have you tried looking at rescues? There must be a Bichon one if you're set on that breed?
