I'd rather live without adverts - it's not worth it for the sake of a few quid.
I could put up with some ads if it produced say £20 pm, sites that are heavy ads, like the Mirror, you can turn down the number you see or switch them off completely for that site, clearly that impacts on the points you get.
The Guardian is OK, one small box ad in an article, one or two in the R/H column that I don't tend to notice, and I discovered about 4 towards the bottom of the page, which I wouldn't normally see, as I don't normally scroll further than the end of the article I am reading.
If I get bored with it, I'll probably turn off the ads completely, but continue to use it, as the browser is basically Chrome, but seems to run faster for some reason.
