Its basicaly the same cart.... even the websites look the same.
I was told earlier in the week that Nintendo was putting pressure on the R4 company to stop producing and getting the Chinese goverment onside (which is rare as china are the biggest counerfeiters going).
Either this is true, or as my chinese supplier of R4's said today...
Its not a roumer I have heard, its more likeky that the n4 is a copy of the R4.
Either way, they are basicaly the same inside and out and tun off the same fimware, so it'll be a case of who's cheapest.

RE#: newsgroups : you have to pay for the privialage , i use www.easynews.com pay $9.99 ( just under a 5er for 20gb / a month ) you then need a download manager like flashget , you find the thing you want to download , look for a link for the 'par viewer ' select any link in the list of files , then right click on it ans select ' download all by flashget ' then hey preston , your speeds will be maxed out.

Gotta be honest and say rapidshare seems a lot easier. I know how newsgroups work, used them before I used urban, and they are good, I just think rapidshare has surpassed them.

Newsgroups are good for 0-day releases if you want the file before it hits the torrents etc, and you generally dont get virus/trojan crap embedded into the part files, and speeds are generally fantastic, but I must agree that I use Rapidshare quite a lot.

The rapidshit hacks tend to revolve either around entering an existing password (which is then sent to whoever wrote it) or just resseting your internet connection, which dosen't work on a static IP and is trivial anyway

yup, which is why the hacks cant be relied upon.
The only reliable way is to purchase a premium account!
and anyway as I've already said you have to hack the link one by one, which can be very time & effort consuming as you some times have 100+ parts to download! Its worth paying for an account just so you can use the rapid manager................
