where was uktv bright ideas on freeview anyway? what did it show? i don't remember watching it. the channels seems to come and go on freeview, but it's still pretty good for a one off payment of forty quid or however much it was. i wish they'd get rid of all the shite shopping/gameshow channels - if bright ideas was one of those, then good riddance.

It showed repeats of things like Antiques Roadshow.

FTN becomes Virgin 1 next Monday which looks like an improvement - they've bought hundreds of Star Trek episodes so I'll be checking it out.
