Freeloading cats

It is weird that all your freeloading cats seem to be black. Is there something you're not telling us, Shirl? ;)
I never considered that  the lovely Mistletoe is white :) but with black tips

To be honest, I'm a bit more concerned that I'm the only person I know with a gay cat

It's amazing. Since we lost our cat Lottie ( :( ), people keep ringing us up to ask if we want another cat. The other week it was the guy we bought our house off, whose partner is feeding a stray. Today a very nice man who lives around the corner rang to ask if we wanted one of his kittens. They're half persian, half tabby, so I'm seriously tempted....

spacehopper does it the other way round and claims cats that are much loved, cared for and looked after BY OTHER PEOPLE and takes them home as his.

you need to train your dogs to deter interlopers!

Go on, get one. I would ;)

I'm going to see them tomorrow. :o The problem is, we've already committed to getting one of the Albert kittens, and had done before Lottie got run over. Do I really want three cats -- two of them kittens?

Two kittens would amuse each other and you. Also, once you have three then you can consider yourself well sorted for cats  :D

Oh alright then. I'm persuaded. :D

Poor Harve though. He's not going to know what hit him.

Wow, I'm excited and it's not even me that's getting kittens :D
I hope you're going to post some pics when you get a chance.

Well done by the way, you won't regret it.

Thanks. I know who to blame now when they're climing the curtains and generally being pesky. ;) I think I'm going to post another thread trying to home the rest of the Persian tabbys -- the poor chap has six of them and they're beginning to drive him to distraction he said. Pics to follow very soon. :)

Oh dear :( you said 'home the rest of the Persian tabbys' and Wolfie just said 'no'.
I consider it now to be your duty to work on Wolfie, anything to break the monotomy of black cats.

You can blame me all you want  , I know you're going to love them :D

Aww thats nice ms t, I reckon Harve would quite enjoy having some other wee cats to cause mischief with :D hes just a big kitten himself isnt he?

Well I went to see them and guess what? They're not tabbys at all!!! They're actually mainly black with white ruffs and paws. Very fluffy and cute though, and definitely half posh cat. There was one tabby apparently, which his friend took last night.

We seem destined to have only black and white cats in this house.
