Well the early optimism that Portugal would finish second in the group sharply evaporated after Germany targeted both full backs who were left isolated by the midfield and attackers not tracking back. Anyway the doom and gloom has been softened by the lofty ambition of not beeing beaten tonite by France by more than two goals in order to qualify for third place. Get that and we will be back onto 'Portugal won it last time when they finished third'
