that's not antena 3, it's tv3 the catalan tv channel. they've had it for ages.
antena 3 is an orange pear shape with white stripes.

Is that part of the TV Deal we did with them? Another sponsor on the shirt :(

I thought reebok made Liverpool kits? though spose adidas and reebok are one and the same, still they look as pap as ever:)

Adidas kits are generally pretty bad...esp if they insist on the stripes down the sleeves.

adidas is such an iconic brand, but they're in danger of ruining everything with some of the shite they churn out nowadays (especially when it comes to their terrible reissues of classic trainers). If only they'd return to the original trefoil logo and classic designs of yesteryear.

It's (liverpool's away) the same kit as many of those used in the world cup, it's exactly the same as France's just different colours.

As for the adidas debate, compared to the shite we had when Reebok made our kit's it's a godsend to be back with Adidas. Although maybe i'm weird because when it comes to buying anything remoltly sport's wear, I'll always buy adidas and not even look at the other brands.

Ugliest kit I've seen so far: Kaiserslauten Away

Urgh, yes, that is hideous. Are they attempting to confuse the home team by making them think that a bunch of bicycle couriers came in their place? Maybe they think that the goalie will stop to wonder where his parcel is and then they can score :D

125 year anniversary kit for Spurs. I like it. I hate the massive sponsors logo though on any shirt

Away (looks fine), home (better than last years', but still shit) and keeper (don't give a damn). The third kit (used for training sessions) is a complete mess: dark blue with orange details, then a huge green sponsorship.
A shame we won't have players to use them, at this rate.

Benfica's kit look fine until the massive sponsors are added. And this one's excluding the sleeve patches. Their away kit is already considered their worst kit ever. Even after the dark blue away kit they had some 7 years ago.

As for Adidas, they should really stop competiting in Nike on who can add more pointless swishes and quasi-tribal shapes for the sake of it. They used to have the best all-around designs, now they're mostly a mess.

New signings Andy WIlliams and Joe Jacobson in entirely original new signing type pose

It's blue n white quarters in the correct shade of blue with very little fucking about with any other bits all over it so I'm happy :)

Hmmm. They'd promised us green and black quarters and didn't deliver on it. Don't really like the shade of green, nor do I appreciate being made to look like Plymouth fucking Argyle

Third:

Steve Phillips, legend in his own lunchtime.

Limited edition commemorative shirt to celebrate us being so awesome last season. It has a little logo on it to show we played at the Millennium and Wembley last season but really it's just a stock Errea shirt converted for our use.

They fucking should be, it looks dreadful.

Have your lot done anything interesting this summer (other than nearly go bust again)? I see you've signed Akinfewa, who is potentially very good but also summat of an injury liability I think. Anything else?

Email from my mate yesterday-

exciting day at STFC
1) signed jesus christ himself, chris blackburn from Morcombe
2) signed defender miguel comminges
3) signed rufus brevett as director of footy
4) mike stowell as gk coach
5) yoann folly coming by end of week apparantly
6) blair sturrock signs a 2 year deal
7) akinfenwa not signed up yet, dodgey medical apparantly

WOWZERS

It really is rubbish, but I don't care to be honest as I won't be wearing it.

This summer we have, as you rightly say, nearly gone bust again. But we have apparently got a foreign investor coming in so everything should be sweet - if you believe our Board that is, and not everyone does. Rufus Brevett is our new Sporting Director, so it looks like things really are moving in the right direction. Mike Stowell is our new goalkeeping coach.

On the playing front, Big Paul has been quite busy. We've signed Barry Corr (striker), Craig Easton (midfielder), Hasney Aljofree, Chris Blackburn and some French fella called Miguel Commingues (all defenders). Akinfenwa's signing is still subject to a medical.

A few have left too. I'm sorry to see Paul Evans go, but delighted that Aaron Brown has finally got the opportunity to play at a "higher level".....with Gillingham, ha!
