As a Palace fan we have no big games at all to look forward to. QPR are our only London rivals and whilst there has been history between us in the past it was not enough to sustain a proper rivallry.

The only games I was really looking forward to were with Newcastle as I have always had a soft spot for them due to my Grandma coming from that part of the world and having all that part of the family as fans.

But we play them at home in August when I am away in Croatia and then the return fixture is in January and midweek. Not ideal.

Gillingham away first game of the season is a good one. Shame Charlton away is boxing day cos I'll be up north with me Dad. Also a shame Exeter away is a Tuesday.

Anyone know what Championship games are being shown on the BBC next season? I think they've got the rights to about 15 in the whole season... can't find it anywhere - i guess maybe it hasn't been announced/decided yet.

'Ammers at home first game should test our credentials for being a Premier side again. We have a pretty good record against them at Molineux but Zola has done a great job so it should'nt be a bad game!!
