These rides out are important , I recall my first trips to London circa 1964 with red tube trains , green trains on what I know now to be the North London line with passing steam freights (which in the mid 1990's I managed) shiny silver tube trains on the Piccadilly line and much more.

My own kids were treated to Routemaster rides etc....(and if challenged on a good day, will mark them up as good memories..)
