Ok so I only read the first two pages, but I just picked up a copy for 30p plus postage so I guess the man has given up trying to suppress this one.

I'm fucked if I can find a cheapo copy of "revolt of the conservatives" though

I also just heard this back from the days when Radio 4 was sometimes worth listening to:
