the ambulance looks to be a long wheelbase / long body Mountain range conversion they are obsolete ( the short conversion used a cahssis canb with no rear bulkhead ...
the body has been messed about at the front of the body with the replacement of the sign panel and front locker over the cab with a larger box ( i'd assume to give an over cab bed ? -op?)

That's right, the only difference between mine and the party ambulance is my over-cab bed space, which does look bodged if you look closely at the line of the seams on it.
This made me worry that the windscreen might be different again from his one, but it isn't.
I love the extra space this gives though, it's massively roomy when you're able to chuck all your bedding and excess clothes and food up there. Or even have a lodger, in an emergency
