Yeah. I noticed your loan signings today with envy. We managed to sign Wright - a 35-year-old crock - to cover at full back and nobody else. I'm wondering how it is that a top of the table side with a recognised manager can so spectacularly fail to bring people in, especially when some of our stated targets ended up going to teams like L**ds.

Well done Stoke! Next time why not try doing it with your own team rather than the loanees XI you currently use.

Not sure about this guy, defensively our first team is best in the Championship so unlikely to be needed barring big injury crisis. But they are two promising young players

Dicko is ace! He grafts very hard, can play enough to get by and is already a cult hero cos he actually appears to want to win games as much as the fans and is upset when we lose. He's a proper 'sign him up' kind of player if you see what I mean.

Was well impressed the other week - he got booked early on and I thought - here we go, ten men soon, cos he's a no nonsense very tough tackler, but he was so controlled, still going in very hard, but only when he had to and nothing even slightly rash. Which shows a very assured understanding of his own position and resonsibilities for a 19 yr old. He is streets ahead of the likes of Danny Warrender and most of the other Prem loans we've had.

THey're all big games now as they say, but if we can get something out of todays trip to Ninian park then our remaining fixtures offer real hope of a play off place and then I really fancy our chances as all of our best performances have been against the top teams. Something to with goal ratios or something Chio Anyway don't worry all will be well after Sunday and we beat QPR. At least one of the other teams involved will draw or lose surely [ ] The Potters time is nigh !!!

A playoff place even automatic promotion was lost around January when we failed to get in a proven goalscorer and possibly more creativity in the middle. Draws against Southend, luton & Ipswich all at home have cost us dear ! I'm off to follow my local cricket team now ..... no doubt there'll be a new Stoke thread around here come next season !!
