Although 'Urgh!' doesn't quite cover the full extent of your emotions, as you witness a woman give birth to a fully grown man in all it's glorious, graphic detail.

Nothing usually makes me go 'Urgh!' save for the tongue cutting in ichi the killer, which isn't even particularly gory. In fact any tongue related nastiness leads to a slight squirm.

You see it from the front and just see her expression and body shape change when the hook goes on - horrific.

Funnily enough in the remake you saw all the gore, hook into flesh and thru her ribcage, and it was so much less Urgh, imagination is a powerful thing.

Just thinking about it makes me feel sick. I don't find gross-out stuff or imaginative torture stuff that stomach churning, but that scene was just too damn realistic/likely to happen.

That is as gruesome as it gets with me
