Ferguson - "Our support is f**king sh*t"

Ferguson's been around a while and he reckons he's seen it all, but surely he realises that the prawn sandwiches, corporate tickets, plush boxes, glazers, tv deals, merchandise in china and all the other associated bullshit were pioneered in a quite large way by his club and pay his fat salary.

True, but it doesn't mean he has to like it. Tho he can obviously live with it.

arsenal fans are shit because they have a team full of foreign cunts on the pitch . The sooner Platini brings in his quota system ( 8 home nation players ) into play the better . And i believe he is going to try and use a type of franchise stem to beat the european work permit system .

The EU wouldn't let him. Footballers are employees and therefore have the same rights as every other worker in the EU and slavery is illegal. Thats what the Bosman ruling forced upon football clubs, who clearly thought they were above the law.

As for british player not getting into teams? Load of old shit really, if they are good enough they will get into a team with incredible speed. I cite Michael Owen and Wayne Rooney as extreme examples of this.

I'm still waiting for pious prick to explain how the nationality of the players affects noise levels, United fans still sing about Cantona and and they seem to take perverse delight in winding up little englanders with the That boy Ronaldo song, likewise Cesc is probably the most popular player amongst Arsenal fans at present.

you can wait then revol , you apologise for the abuse and i will . and sunray as for employment laws thats is why platini said about a different way when they could not effect the structure .

its not just Man Utd though, ARSEnal has always had a shit atmosphere at home as have Chelsea nowdays.

Chelsea is getting better. The supporter led "Back to the Shed" campaign has helped a lot, putting the vocal fans near the away support.

what reactionary shit, now the Johnny Foreigners aren't simply beong scapegoated for the lack of quality English players coming through but also the crap atmosphere at big grounds.

Surely it doesn't matter a fuck where the player is from, if he wears a United, Arsenal or Liverpool shirt the fans should get behind him. Anyway it's nonsense because it's foreigners like Cantona and Henry that have been fan favourites at the club.

It's easy for you to say that as you don't support England, or any national team.

the atmosphere at orient is fucking shite, the crowd doesnt even stand when they score. i wonder what platini could about that... twat

You're not wrong, the "O"s fans were very quiet, they had a bit of a shout and gave us a few wanker signs when they scored then sat back down to finish their bovrils

Very dull. Luton did sing though which was fun.

Sadly I think the home support is shit at a lot of places these days. At west ham the atmosphere is pretty bad for most games at home. Its got better now there not enforcing sitting anymore though, that really killed it. Our away support is generally excellent though.

it seems to be picking up again at old trafford lately, the last few home games their has been plenty of noise

"YOU ONLY SING WHEN YOUR WINING!!!"

It was like a morgue against Citeh...So your statement is wrong.

Was it fuck, or did I imagine a fine rendition of the Red Flag from the 78th minute when we were still 2-0 down.

And say what you want but atleast United keep battling to the very end unlike your bunch of spoilt little shits.

Although I like the ground for its retro appeal and its mixed "neutral" section which must be unique in the Premiership, the worst home support I've seen has to be Fulham.

When Villa lost 2-1 away to them recently, the supporters hardly moved from their seats until they equalised after about 75 minutes. And when they scored the winner, only then did they start singing. No wonder they're in the relegation zone.

And I suppose that's why you've lost five times this season whilst Arsenal have lost once? Killer logic.

I think you'll find that The Arsenal score a lot of goals in the lastten minutes. That is "battling to the end" by anyones definition.

Bollox when youse go more than one down youse give up.

What like we did when you came to The Grove this season??

How selective is memory huh???

The Grove, don't you mean the Emirates, y'know the stadium named after your shirt sponsor.

Hate to break it to you but youse were never two down and when youse did jam a last minute equaliser youse celebrated like youse had won the league.

As you did against Tottenham (which you should have lost cause you where abject)

Here's a stat from this season to prove my point about a lot of goals Arsenal score are in the last ten minute.

Oh shit...It's the majority...Fancy that?

Sponsers (and owners) come and go but the Grove will always be there.

So (just to labour the point) would you prefer your defeat to have been at "The City of Manchester Stadium" (as insisted by their "sponsors", the local council) or Eastlands as the City fans call it???
;)

What's in a name? (Shakespeare)
