I think feminism is realistic. Feminism is not about giving women power and fucking men over it's about having everyone equal. And I don't think that feminism is the cause of the way divorce courts favour women, indeed it's old fashioned patriarchal gender roles that mean we (we as a society, I certainly don't think this) think women must be the best parent no matter what the circumstance. It should be equal and thus it should be whatever is in the best interests of the children not what some fusty old judge who think men can't handle raising kids decides because in his day you clipped the round the ear and sent them to the Nanny.
I repeat (and this is such a simple concept that very few non-feminists seem to grasp) feminism is about EQUALITY. Equal de facto and de jure rights for all genders (it's not about men and women either, it's men, women, trans and all the shades inbetween having rights too) to exist without being discriminated against due to their gender, race, appearance or any other bullshit arbitrary factor.
