Feeling a bit meh

how come you're off that long?

and when are you over this way to collect your tent?

Booked the last of my holiday so i could study for my end of course assessments. I get new holiday on the 1st Oct, so its all cool.

Er tent.. hmm. Not sure, gonna be up at the station for al's 30th on the 27th (its also the last exam on that morning, so i should be in a good mood).

Well, Spanish and French written assignments sent off, and 20 mins away from my French oral exam. Spanish oral exam on Saturday, then i can properly chill till Feb!

Feeling a lot better about it all now, spent most of the day working on my presentation, so i will now go and wait :D

I'm not one to do this kind of post normally, but i need an outlet.

Just having one of those days when you feel kind of worthless, had a mock exam on my spanish oral and it wasnt brilliant, and now im feeling crappy.

Just a bit deflated and wondering if i should a) try harder or b) give up.

I just can't seem to get it, and i've already registered for the next OU course, now having second thoughts (though i have till feb to decide).

Just mainly feeling the pressure i guess, i have 2 written exams and 2 oral exams to do in the next week and a half, i've booked the time off work, but feeling a little demotivated with the one subject - the other subject is fine, though i have a few concerns. Just wondering if im just being a bit negative about it all due to not being ace at everything lol.

Anyway, as you were, just a mild vent.

I know you go through phases like this when studying, anyone got any advice on how to get through this without throwing books out of the window?

Play some guitar mate....go back to the books when you are feeling less anxious and a bit more optimistic.

My Spanish oral was really nerve racking. I thought I messed it up. I got an A.

Give yourself a break. Strum a guitar and relax! :D

E.T.A: just seen this...:o
I passed both courses

Super bullet proof at the moment, really relieved, pleased, over the moon etc

happy me

Result!

thanks :)

it's relief more than anything - there was always the doubt in my mind that i hadn't actually done as well in the exam as i thought i had :o

i got a first for the exam and a 2:1 for the coursework, so a 2:1 overall

only another year to go!
