Lentil shepherd's pie (what is the name for veggie shepherd's pie?): half a bag of brown lentils (60p), 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 sticks of celery, 1 tin of tomatoes, squirt of tomato puree, Marigold stock powder, potatoes, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Did this last night and it fed 3 very hungry people more than adequately.
