Maille's Dijon Mustard...but I see they've gone into liquidation.

I thought Maille's still going to exist. It's more that whatever massive food conglomerate that owns the brand has closed the historic mustard making factory in France down and is now making the stiff in sterile vats in an industrial estate in Swindon, next to the Monster Munch production line.
