Either Basken Robins Jamoca Almond Fudge, the first time I ate it in a ice cream parlour in Palm springs when I was 10, or the Guernsey Milk, Makuna Honey and Macadamia Nut fresh from the farm gate just down the road from Whanarua Backpacker NZ
In the 10 years since I last posted on this thread , brown bread ice cream seems to have disappeared, as salted caramel type things have taken hold.
My current favourites are very local, made half a mile from my house. Treacletown is vanilla rippled with black treacle, with bits of marshmallow in it. They also do a lovely Marmalade ice cream and Turkish Delight, which is rose flavoured with dark chocolate chips.
