I considered it but then got confused as I thought maybe it was pork rather than beef but now I've just realised that swords areof the porcine variety and injections are all about the boeuf.

I like all cuts of beef. It's got to be good beef in the first place and properly hung in a proper butchers who knows what he's doing. I have never tasted good supermarket beef ever, no matter how fancy schmancy they make the blurb and the label. Since my butcher retired the only good beef I've had is what I bought from him and put in the freezer. He retired over a year ago. I've only got 5lb of oxtail and some beef bones cut up for a stockpot left
