Des died when he cracked his head off a coffee table after being pushed by some of Tony's enemies.
Remember when Des fell in love with Terry's wife and then she got run over and died.
I thought that so had to check. He died
In 1998 Des was attacked in his home and killed by drug dealers while trying to protect the son of his new wife Natalie.

the whole dementia thing happebned way too quickly with Mike tho, that was the problem with that storyline. Not like the same story in the Archers with Jack who has been very slowly deteriorating for a decade.

She was Tina Dingle before she was Linda Sykes, I recall.
In Coronation St she continued the Dingle's ever present "keep it in the family" sort of shaggery. She went off with Mike Baldwin's son. Who was also in Emmerdale.

true, its much less common tho. Had it not been for the fact that the Archers was running a very similar storyline I'm sure I'd have been quite impressed with it, the last few weeks were a great acting job. But when there's an alternate version at the same time that is so much better, it cant help butsuffer my comparison.
