Where do you get that from?

Bailey's NAY O'Grady's YAY!

Btw, for those of you who don't know, it's like Bailey's but really smooth, creamy and with a hint of vanilla and caramel....hhhaarrrhh

O'Grady's (cheap but much nicer version of Bailey's) & milk

i agree, its much nicer! normal bed time drink for me atm is either orange juice, warm milk with honey and vanilla or cinnamom, or if i know i have to be up in 5 hours, half a can of diet coke. doesnt keep me awake but makes me sleep less .drink the other half when i wake up because i am a bit wrong like that :( :)

Can you still get them? My boyfriend loooooooves Horlicks (I'm not such a fan) and horlicks sweets would be like xmas and birthday all rolled into one for him!

Haven't seen them for years either.

*thinks about making own using heavy weights etc.*

Tea. My breakfast, afternoon, evening and bed-time drink of choice

<insert my standard rant about there being "no such thing as 'herbal tea', tea is made from tea" here>

Just as possession is nine-tenths of the law, common usage is nine-tenths of correct language.

A nice cup of Rooibos tea hits the spot in this flat , just a damn shame it's bleeding expensive.

Its a damn shame it tastes like crap too.

Baileys (or tescos own-brand equivalent) with milk or hot chocolate for me.

You really don't want to meet me when I'm low on coffee! :D

He's right you know. He makes me look good when he's low on coffee :D

I usually have a chocolate/Horlicks mix before a while before bed. Doesn't really help me sleep though :(

A nice glass of red wine, or hot spiced apple juice.

Or tonight's delicacy, Lemsip and Bushmills. :)

Each to there own but I'm just bored with camomile and have found something without caffine that tastes nice.

I don't have anything as I would be up peeing all night but when I work the night shift (nursing) I am a horlicks or hot milk pusher. It really does do the trick. Thinks its the L - tryptophan in it.
