Eaxctly. It's the film that made me want to become a hitman!
It was the beginning of my enlightenment also

John Cusack is HOT! Love him in everything, but Pushing Tin is best. Say Anything was pretty good, back in the day..

He's supposed to have been working on a film of genius Mark Leyner's novel Et Tu Babe, no sign of it yet sadly. War Inc, screenplay by Leyner, should be good.

I'd say Grosse Point Blank is my favourite and The Grifters his best performance. I haven't seen all the films in the list though. He's a very fine actor.

Had to vote for High Fidelity - he fitted that character like a glove.

Second favourite would have to be Malkovich. He's good at being batshit bonkers puppeteers too :D

I'm too torn between Grosse Pointe Blank, Malkovich and The Grifters to vote. All three are great and completely different from each other.

Vote Malkovitch - it's only got one vote so far.

I cant believe this poll misses out his greatest film - Better Off Dead.

:)

Not that I can pick a favourite, or ever would - the John Cusack love gets spread around fairly in my house. But Better Off Dead was the first time I saw him in anything, and so holds a special place in my heart.

Pushing Tin is on film4 tomorrow (sunday 16th). I shall watch, or at least tape, it.

edit: I don't think I've seen any of the films listed. Don't beat me! I'm working on it.

Not to mention, some actors are attractive to gay people, just as some actors are attractive to other people of various types. What's negative about that?
