looking at the bag of my snack size mars bars, the fat content is 17.7g/100g of which saturates = 9.9g, sodium (not salt!) is .18g and carbs are 69.7g, cals are 455 
good job they are just treats!
i've just got a brand new breadmaker (last one wore out
), mainly because mass produced bread is shite. i made my first loaf yesterday, and am doing a second one today for the freezer, it's a 1lb sandwich loaf and has a tablespoon of sugar (which i think is mainly for colouring the crust so once i've used it a bit i will reduce as an experiment) 15g/.5 oz butter and 1teaspoon of salt, which apparently strenghens the gluten structure and makes the bread more stretchable
