Used to have a friend who claimed to have played guitar in both of the Supremes and Girlschool. Pretty sure that she was not an original Supreme (none of whom I recollect being Israelis of Iraqi heritage) and neither were any of the others she played with

I know a bloke aptly named Bullshit Dave who I overheard telling some people in a pub that he'd played with Jimmy Hendrix.

Reminds me of a very old joke about a bloke in a public box in Detroit in the 60s. Whilst he's talking to his missus he puts his last coin in the box and then he sees three black guys singing 'Leaving, leaving' and says to her "I've got to here comes the pips "

I am proud to say me and my mates are in the audience on the Stupidity album, Sheffield side of course.
Dr Feelgood were incredible at that point, turned me away from the pomp/prog rock shite and opened a gate for punk to emerge. 100% energy.

There are also two version of Desmond Dekker's The Aces touring, one without any of The Aces in it...

Humble Pie have no members left - although they are managed by original member Jerry Shirley.
