Sorry, but she does look like mutton dressed as lamb in that picture. The lighting makes her look old, and the rest of the ensemble makes her look like the deputy lead on a hens' night out in Colchester, circa 1991.
Or is expressing an aesthetic sentiment about something suddenly unallowed?
you're allowed to say whatever you like, just like i'm allowed to comment on it if i want. and i happen to think that the phrase "mutton dressed as lamb" is a bollocks one, no matter who it's pplied to, or when. the idea that only people of a certain age group should wear certain clothes is, to me, a load of bollocks.
