I suppose if your name is Claire Smith you can tell people to find you on FB by looking for ClaireSmith1982 instead of trawling through half a million Claire SMiths looking for the right one so it makes it easier? I'm not sure.

But it will make it easier for employers and so on to find employees profiles. I'm not comfortable with that at all.
