FA Cup Final 2009, Chelsea vs Everton

Hope Chelsea win it, I have a lot of time for Hiddink and no time for that bitter twat Moyes, if it wasn't for the ref he wouldn't be there in the first place.

ok not really a huge footie fan but the fa cup final is a biggie. so heres to an exciting and fairly played game

Erm, at this stage I should really point out that Everton are the dullest football side in the Premiership and that Chelsea are pretty dull also.

They've played twice so far this season.

The results were 0-0 and 0-0.

If you are not a huge football fan, you might want to consider doing something more exciting this afternoon, like staring at a wall.

:)

Come on, it's worth it for the potential comedy moment from Drogba....I for one hope he delivers...:D

Come n Everton!

FA cup finals always good to watch regardless though, just something that I love about it. But i must admit i'm not expecting a classic.

When I was a kid the FA cup final was the only match which was shown live on telly, which made it a special occasion. It's a shame it isn't so special any more.

Forza Everton.

Not really. I've sat through some fucking stinkers in my time.

Liverpool v Man Utd was the most boring 90 minutes of my life - or close to it.

There's been loads of shit matches.

Did I mention before that I was related to Jackie Milburn? blah blah blah...;)

them were the days.

We used to pile round someone elses house to watch it. We'd pick a team and support them.

Great memories!

First memory of the FA cup final was Roger Osbourne - 1-0.

Bobby Robson genius.

I know what you mean, but this season has had some unexpected classics, and loads of 4-4's n stuff. ;)

I'm sure I used to constantly disagree with you, but you've been talking a lot of sense on the football forum the past few weeks ;)

I completely agree, this is going to be the worst final ever.

That man u-chelsea one in 2007 was pretty awful too, with the Drogba 120th minute winner.

Oh god, and Villa-Chelsea in 2000. That was dire. Liverpool-Arsenal in 2001 was decent.

Liverpool v Arsenal was the most one sided FA cup finals in the history of the game.

I still cannot believe how Liverpool won that game.

Brilliant. :)
