Brighton-Coventry springs out from the fifth round draw, in that both have been through the ringer with their grounds over the last 25 years or so.

We've started well against Swansea, a decent cup run would be nice

I thought it was a cracking game. Sometimes goalless draws can be fascinating.

I'm enjoying Wigan vs the Multi Multi Millionaires.
0-0 at half time after a kick off at the fucking ludicrous time of 7.55pm

I decided not to bother with that one, as I'm getting a bit fed up with the unconditional adulation Man City and Guardiola are getting. He's well proven as excellent at managing very high calibre players against teams without comparable resources.

Good little game Wigan ManCity. Can't see why anyone would argue it wasn't a red but I was surprised at the footage of Guardiola going mental in the tunnel with both the Wigan manager and the ref.

It looked like a red to me too.

Not sure if Wigan are going to be able to hang on now...

I like the way the Wigan manager refused to be drawn on the half time conflab.

And now Man City fans are being a bunch of twats.

*edit: might be some Wigan twats in there too

It sounds like the wigan fans went at them and retaliation ensued. Hopefully it doesn't overshadow a great night for Wigan

...that leaves Swansea as the toughest team on paper on Tottenhams half of the remaining draw.
SPURS ARE ON THEIR WAY TO......er...never mind.
*it looks like Spurs could play a semifinal at Wembley though FA Cup: Anger brewing over possibility of Spurs’ ‘home’ semi-final
And it looks as if the final will be at Wembley even if Spurs make it to the end also

Bit of a heated match then :D Looked like a 'game of two tackles' that caused tempers to flair up.

Lot of (fan) discussion about Aguero getting a ban. Some comparing his push/slap/punch to Cantona and calling for a lengthy ban. It did not look that vicious to me tbf :hmm:

Pep was a cunt at halftime and neither set of fans came away looking good.

    Marvelous isn't it?

Aguerro had every right to push the Wigan supporter away, it didnt look like a very friendly approach to me One of the Wigan players also appeared to be worried and moved towardsAguero to protect him from the supporter .
I like a good natured pitch invasion but cant see why loads of Wigan supporters went en mass to the City away end rather than to their own players like Bristol City did when they knocked out Man Utd.

It's because, Wigan being the type of club it is, half of them were likely fans (of the pub/armchair variety) of other clubs with a more established rivalry with City. When Wigan play the likes of Peterborough or Fleetwood, or whoever, they will be nowhere to be seen.

Little bellend inbred gobs on a player's shirt. Player reacts as anybody would. End of story.

Arrrgh - you fucker, copliker. I watched that innocently...until the obligatory semi-naked oaf appeared on screen, with rolling acres of wobbling midriff . I hadn't even had my (second) breakfast.

Even so, I had a selection of tangerine, blue and white scarves (Latics), my own (handknitted) cushion (in amber and black) for my days at CUFC...and even a blue and white beanie hat for the 5year sojourn in Brighton...but no bobbles.
