Below the Primera, there appear to be four Segunda divisions. Is Segunda 1 three divisions above Segunda 4, or am I getting it wrong?

No. You have La Liga (Primera); then Segunda (officially La Liga 2); then Segunda B, which is made up of four groups - 1 to 4 - with the winner of each in a play-off for promotion; then Tercera which has 18 regional groups.

How many teams go up from the play-offs to La Segunda, one or two?

Also, another query: the four divisions of Segunda B appear to be regional. What if a team is promoted from a different region to the region of the relegated team?

Four from Segunda B, I think. The four winners of the groups play off for two places, and the 2nd to 4th in each group play of for the other two places, over three rounds.

And three from Segunda A. Top two automatically, them 3rd to 6th in play- off like ours.
