actually, everybody doesnt hate the bnp. Well done for chasing them away with pitchforks, but it is playing into their hands, its not enough now,
Calling them Nazis just isnt effective, they can however be challenged on their policies because beyond getting rid of foreigns there is no substance, yes, underneath the veneer of national pride, they survive on separatism, and wallow in hate, most of us know that on here.
The time has come to show what could happen if they came to power, the cost of a BNP would make Britain anything but Great, it would rip our country to shreds, the social unrest would be massive.
The impact on the economy is unclear but there would be no doubt be intense pressure on international companies to pull out of a racist society, as there was in South Africa and as there is in Zimbabwe, the captains of industry, may not want to wish to hang around for the pogroms to begin, they may not want to see their best people being forced out of their own countries, how many new companies could be created in their place? How long would it take for these companies to be created, what would they make and who would they sell it to?
The inevitable brain drain as people got the first plane out would leave our country massively exposed. Who will replace those professionals who even if they werent forced to leave, just simply wouldnt hang around to live in a country where they or their friends lived in fear of a knock on the door.
Thats just what I think, and its conjecture, but let there be no doubt a bnp government would be a massive gamble both socially and economically, one that could potentially turn us into what zimbabwe has become, or south africa became, shunned by the international community, with little or no inward investment.
Would you vote for queues for bread, and mass unemployment? The focus on national politics would leave us exposed and weakened internationally and a much poorer society as a result. Its too late now, theyll get at least one seat this time imo. Its time to change tack though, they can be taken apart so easily, but you may have to put your left wing idealism aside and recognize the global community we live in today is what we have, and internally focussed national politics have no place in it, its such a blinkered dogma.
Those are my views and they arent worth a toss to be fair.
Just out of interest can anyone name any country that has benefitted socially and economically after implementing exclusionary right wing politics or any occasion where it has ended in mass bloodshed, thanks.
